Strepsils Honey & Lemon Lozenges 36 Lozenges provide soothing and effective relief from sore throats. Each lozenge contains two antiseptic ingredients—2,4-Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol (1.2mg) and Amylmetacresol (0.6mg)—which work together to help fight the bacteria that can cause throat infections.
