The Fleetwood Bloxx It Oil Primer 1L permanently eradicates water-based and stubborn stains while preventing bleeding through the paintwork. It sticks to all surfaces without sanding, including PVC, ceramic, and varnish, and seals porous surfaces. Suitable for masonry and bare plaster, this primer primes all surfaces. It dries to the touch in 40 minutes, with a recoat time of 2 hours, and is fully dry in 4 days.
