The Sutton Seeds beetroot is perfect for healthy eating. It's bolt resistant, slow to run to seed, and known to improve the immune system and high in vitamin C. The deep red colour makes this beetroot perfect for bedding displays with smooth skin. Suitable for organic growing and recommended for freezing. Sow beetroot seeds in mid-spring from March to July, and harvest from August to October. Sow autumn crops in mid to late summer. Thin seedlings to roughly 10cm apart to grow large roots.
