Bulls Eye 1-2-3 effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces, including hard-to-stick surfaces, without the need for sanding. It also prevents rust formation when applied over clean ferrous metal such as iron and steel. This primer adheres to all surfaces, seals stains and graffiti, and contains a biocide that protects the dried coating against fungal degradation. It's great for new metal and dries in 30 minutes, allowing for recoating in just one hour.
