The Fleetwood Bloxx It Oil Primer is a versatile solution for preparing surfaces. It permanently eradicates water-based and stubborn stains, while preventing bleeding through the paintwork. This primer sticks to all surfaces without sanding, including PVC, ceramic, and varnish, and seals porous surfaces. It's suitable for use on masonry and bare plaster. The primer primes all surfaces, touch dry in 40 minutes, with a recoat time of 2 hours. It's fully dry in 4 days. Available in a 5L size.
