Used as a primer, it is suitable for new and bare wood, MDF, plaster, brickwork and cement. It has high opacity and can be used as an undercoat on primed or ted surfaces. This t may be over-coated with water or solvent based ts. It also conforms to the Toys (Safety) Regulations 1995, BS:EN71 Part 3, which makes it ideal to use on children's toys.
