Strong Bond with Permanent Flexibility: X-Seal achieves tensile strength of 260 N/cm² after seven days and an elongation at break greater than 350%, meaning sealed joints can flex and move without cracking or pulling away from the substrate. A Shore A hardness of 60 and a satin finish make the cured sealant both durable and presentable across interior and exterior applications. Weather, UV, and Temperature Performance: Once cured, X-Seal remains stable across a temperature range of -40°C to +90°C and resists UV discolouration over time.
